Policy for Chariot Transport Solutions Clients

5. Service Availability and Performance

5.2. Booking Process: You agree to follow Our booking procedures when scheduling rides or other services. Once a booking is confirmed, You will receive a confirmation email or text message with the booking details.

6. Fees and Payments
6.1. Pricing: You agree to pay the applicable fees for the services provided, as stated at the time of booking. Pricing is subject to change, but You will be informed of any changes before You confirm Your booking.
6.2. Payment Authorisation: By providing payment information, You authorise Us to charge the designated payment method for the service fees. If We are unable to process Your payment, Your booking may be canceled.
6.3. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to Our refund policy outlined in the Terms and Conditions or as communicated during the booking process.

7. Cancellation Policy
7.1. Client-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel Your booking within the time limits specified at the time of booking. Depending on the timing of Your cancellation, cancellation fees may apply.

Chariot Transport Solutions Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle unavailability, extreme weather conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, You will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded or credited toward future services.

8.Limitation of Liability
8.1. No Guarantee of Safety: While We strive to ensure a safe and secure experience, Chariot Transport Solutions does not guarantee the safety of any transport services provided. You acknowledge that transportation services involve inherent risks, and You assume all responsibility for those risks.
8.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chariot Transport Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, personal injury, or property damage arising from or in connection with the use of Our services.
