Chariot Transport Solutions Loyalty Points and Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the Chariot Transport Solutions Loyalty Points and Rewards Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to all registered clients of Chariot Transport Solutions who book and complete journeys with us.
2. Earning Points
Clients will earn 0.01p for every mile completed during a journey booked with Chariot Transport Solutions.
Points are awarded only for journeys that are completed in full.
Cancelled journeys, no-shows, or trips not completed for any reason do not qualify for points.
Points are accumulated and tracked through your Chariot Transport Solutions client account.
3. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed only on a quarterly basis, with the following redemption windows: March, June, September, and December.
Points can be redeemed for various rewards, including donations to local communities, charitable contributions, and support for fundraisers.
Clients must request redemption within the relevant quarterly period; points not redeemed will roll over to the next quarter.
4. Redemption Process
To redeem points, clients must submit a redemption request via our official channels (email or through the client portal) during the open redemption window.
Chariot Transport Solutions will process requests within 10 business days.
Once redeemed, points cannot be reinstated.
5. Expiration of Points
Points will expire 12 months from the date they are earned if not redeemed within that period.
6. Cancellation of Program or Amendments
Chariot Transport Solutions reserves the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time with 30 days' notice. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or through the client portal.
In the event of program termination, all accrued points must be redeemed within the final redemption window, as specified in the termination notice.
7. Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently earn points will result in the forfeiture of all points and potential removal from the Program.
Chariot Transport Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activities.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Chariot Transport Solutions is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that result in the incorrect awarding of points.
The value of points cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary equivalent.
9. General
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising under this Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
